Led by Dr. Robert Kleinfeld, DC, Revive Spine & Wellness was created around a simple belief: patients deserve to understand their options and receive care that is tailored to their needs.

With 30 years of chiropractic experience and certified in the Cox Flexion Distraction Decompression Technique, Dr. Kleinfeld looks beyond where symptoms are felt to evaluate the possible source of the problem. Depending on your needs, care may include Cox Flexion Distraction, spinal decompression, Diversified adjustments and supportive physical therapy modalities.

Gentle, Controlled Spinal Decompression

Revive uses a Cox 8 Flexion Distraction table for cervical and lumbar care. The table allows Dr. Kleinfeld to use controlled movement and distraction at a specific area of the spine.

This approach may be considered suitable for people with herniated or bulging discs, degenerative disc changes, sciatica, radicular symptoms, spinal stenosis, facet-related pain, headaches associated with neck concerns, back pain or neck pain.

An examination is needed because the same symptom can have different causes and decompression is not appropriate for everyone.

Your plan may also include Diversified Technique for the spine or extremities, soft-tissue care, ultrasound, muscle stimulation or home exercises provided within the chiropractic scope of practice.

Peptide and Medical Wellness Consultations

You may request a medically supervised wellness consultation to discuss goals or concerns such as:

Wellness Support

Revive also coordinates selected wellness services through licensed medical doctors using telehealth appointments. Services may include medically supervised weight-management and peptide-related consultations when appropriate. Chiropractic and wellness records, billing and appointments are coordinated through the practice, while prescribing decisions and medical monitoring remain the responsibility of the licensed medical provider.

How Chiropractic and Wellness Services Differ

Revive offers two related but distinct paths. Chiropractic care is provided in person by Dr. Kleinfeld and focuses on musculoskeletal, spinal and nerve-related findings. Coordinated wellness consultations are conducted by licensed medical doctors through telehealth and may address approved weight-management or peptide-related concerns. The medical provider controls medical eligibility, prescribing and monitoring.

You may be interested in both areas, but one service does not replace the other. Back or neck symptoms still require an appropriate clinical evaluation, and a wellness consultation does not mean a medication will be prescribed.

Revive Spine & Wellness is located at 600 Heritage Drive, Suite 210, in the Abacoa Professional Building in Jupiter, Florida. All in-person care is provided at our Jupiter office.

The practice welcomes patients from Jupiter, Tequesta, Palm Beach Gardens, North Palm Beach and Juno Beach. Local pages are available for directions and area-specific details.
