A Practice Created to Help People Move and Feel Better

Revive Spine and Wellness was founded to give people a more personal experience of chiropractic care. We look beyond a symptom label and consider how pain, movement, work, sport and everyday habits fit together. Our mission is to help people restore movement, reduce discomfort and pursue better function through clear information and individualized care.

Dr. Kleinfeld has practiced for 30 years, and what keeps him in the profession has not changed: he genuinely enjoys helping people get out of pain and back to the activities they care about.

30 Years of Chiropractic Experience

Dr. Robert Kleinfeld is a Florida-licensed Chiropractic Physician who is certified in the Cox Flexion Distraction Decompression Technique. He graduated from Life University in June 1997 and has practiced for 30 years in Kentucky, Minnesota, Boynton Beach and West Palm Beach. His experience includes Diversified Technique, chiropractic physiotherapy and therapy modalities, and cervical, mid-back, and lumbar Cox Flexion Distraction.

Why Chiropractic?

Dr. Kleinfeld chose chiropractic because he values helping people understand their bodies, address pain and return to activities that matter to them. That might mean helping an office worker manage neck strain, an athlete recover movement, a golfer rotate more comfortably, a pregnant patient find an adapted approach, or a senior remain active. The common thread is careful evaluation and a plan shaped around the person.

A Root-Cause-Focused Approach

Pain is not always felt where a problem begins. Neck irritation may be associated with symptoms into an arm or hand, while lower-back or disc concerns may be associated with symptoms into a leg or foot. Dr. Kleinfeld reviews the history, performs orthopedic and neurological testing, examines movement and considers available X-rays or MRI reports. When imaging is needed, X-rays are taken off-site and read by a radiologist as well as reviewed by Dr. Kleinfeld.

Our Chiropractic Techniques

Revive’s signature service is spinal decompression using the Cox 8 Flexion Distraction table. The controlled table movement can be adapted for cervical, mid-back, or lumbar concerns. Diversified Technique may be used for the spine and extremities when suitable. Soft-tissue care, ultrasound, muscle stimulation and home exercises may be included within the chiropractic scope of practice.

Our Wellness Services

Alongside chiropractic care, Revive coordinates selected wellness consultations through licensed medical doctors by telehealth, including medically supervised weight-management and peptide-related consultations. The practice coordinates appointments, records and billing; medical evaluation, prescribing and monitoring remain the responsibility of the licensed medical provider. Visit our Wellness Services page for details.

What You Can Expect From Our Approach

The first goal is to understand the problem before choosing a technique. Your initial evaluation may include:

  • A conversation about when your symptoms began and how they affect daily life
  • A review of your health history, prior care and available imaging

  • Orthopedic, neurological and movement checks suited to your concerns

  • A clear explanation of the findings and whether care, imaging or referral is appropriate

When chiropractic care is appropriate, the plan may use Cox Flexion Distraction/spinal decompression, Diversified Technique, soft-tissue care, therapeutic ultrasound, electrical muscle stimulation or home exercises. The combination is selected for you and can change as your response is reviewed.

How Coordinated Wellness Services Fit

Selected medical wellness consultations are coordinated through Revive but conducted by licensed medical doctors using telehealth. The medical provider evaluates eligibility, discusses risks and alternatives, and remains responsible for prescribing and monitoring. This coordinated model keeps the responsibilities for your chiropractic and medical wellness care clear.

Who We Care For

Revive welcomes active adults, athletes, seniors, pregnant women, families and suitable accident or workers’ compensation cases. Your care begins with an individual screening. Age, pregnancy, medical history, imaging and the nature of the concern may change which techniques are considered.

Whether you are managing an old injury, adjusting to a new one, or simply want to move and feel better day to day, the goal is the same: a plan that reflects your findings, not a generic protocol.

RESTORE. REBALANCE. REVIVE.

Our name reflects the experience we want to create: restore useful movement, rebalance the way the body is functioning and help you return to life with greater confidence. We do not promise the same result for everyone. We promise to listen, explain and make recommendations based on the findings of your evaluation.
