Chiropractic Services That Starts With an Evaluation
Back pain, neck pain or symptoms into an arm or leg can have more than one possible source. Revive begins with a detailed history and physical examination rather than assuming that one technique will suit every patient. Dr. Kleinfeld may perform orthopedic and neurological testing, review existing X-rays or MRI reports and assess movement. If additional X-rays are needed, they are taken off-site and read by a radiologist and Dr. Kleinfeld.
Dr. Kleinfeld tailors each chiropractic adjustment to suit your individual needs and conditions.
Concerns We Commonly Evaluate
Spine, Disc, Nerve and Extremity Concerns
You can request a chiropractic evaluation for concerns involving the spine, joints, nerves or extremities, including:

A condition name does not automatically determine your care. Dr. Kleinfeld considers your health history, examination findings, available imaging and whether further testing or referral is needed before recommending a service.
Our Chiropractic Services and Techniques
Spinal Decompression
Following an examination, spinal decompression may be considered for suitable people with the following conditions:
These are evaluation categories, not guaranteed treatment outcomes.
The cause of headaches, vertigo, arm or leg symptoms and nerve pain must be assessed carefully, and some presentations require medical referral rather than decompression.
Cox Flexion Distraction Technique
Revive uses the Cox 8 Flexion Distraction table for its signature decompression approach. Controlled movement and distraction can be directed to cervical, mid-back, or lumbar areas. It is different from a rapid manual adjustment and may be considered when a gentler, table-assisted approach is appropriate. At Revive, “spinal decompression” and “Cox Flexion Distraction” describe the same core approach; the dedicated pages explain the service from patient and technique perspectives.

Diversified Technique
Diversified Technique is a hands-on chiropractic method that may be used for the spine or extremities. Dr. Kleinfeld selects the area, direction and amount of force based on the examination. Those who need a gentler approach may be treated with Cox Flexion Distraction instead of, or before, a Diversified adjustment.
Supportive Chiropractic and Physical Therapy Modalities
Your plan may also include soft-tissue work, therapeutic ultrasound, muscle stimulation, flexion-distraction and exercises to complete at home. These supportive services are provided within the chiropractic scope of practice and are selected according to your examination and goals.
Chiropractic Care for Different Lifestyles
Treatment is adapted for active adults, golfers, pickleball players, Pilates enthusiasts, athletes, pregnant women and seniors. The aim may include improving usable movement, supporting recovery or helping you manage discomfort while remaining active. Suitability and response vary.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Revive coordinates selected wellness consultations, including medically supervised weight-management and peptide-related consultations, through licensed medical doctors by telehealth. Medical evaluation and prescribing remain the responsibility of the licensed provider; visit the Wellness Services page for details.
Revive evaluates pregnant women, athletes, active adults, seniors and families. Belonging to one of these groups does not automatically establish suitability for a particular technique, so medical history, current symptoms, examination findings and relevant precautions are considered before care is recommended.
Your first visit includes a health history, examination and imaging review, and typically takes longer than a follow-up visit. Treatment may begin at the first or second appointment depending on the findings.
Revive offers Cox Flexion Distraction and spinal decompression, Diversified Technique and supportive chiropractic modalities. The technique considered for you depends on your examination and available imaging.
No. A diagnosis or service name cannot predict an individual result. Recommendations, goals and progress depend on the examination findings, the nature and duration of the concern, and your response; referral or further testing may sometimes be more appropriate.
No. Revive is a self-pay practice and accepts cash, Zelle and credit cards; financing is also available. Ask the office about current fees and payment arrangements when scheduling so you know what to expect.
Yes. Bring any available X-rays or MRI images together with the radiologist’s report. Existing imaging may help Dr. Kleinfeld understand prior findings, although it does not replace the current history and physical examination.
No. Revive does not take X-rays in the office. When imaging is clinically indicated, patients are referred to an off-site facility and the images are read by a radiologist; the resulting images and report can then be considered alongside the examination findings.
